Wow! What a morning St Andrew’s had at the Track and Field event, held at Saffron Lane Athletics Stadium in Leicester, last month. 

In the heats, we had a 1st, two 2nd places and three 3rd places! In the Relay, we had a 2nd and 3rd place. Out of the four finals we made it to, we WON two, both 50m sprints to take home two Gold Medals! 

Overall, we managed to finish in Bronze medal position out of all the schools. An amazing 3rd place when all the points, from all the events, were added together - including 50m, 75m, 400m, 600m, relays, howler throw, long jump.

We are so proud of all the Athletics Squad!
